We’re Making Bread Flour. Want to Test It First?

We’re putting together a small private testing cohort of US home bakers who will try early samples of our flour and share honest feedback.

The flour is high quality Italian-milled bread flour designed for artisan loaves and sourdough baking. We want to understand how it performs in real conditions, not just in a test kitchen. Specifically, we’re looking at things like: Dough handling and elasticity Fermentation performance Crumb structure Oven spring Crust development In short, how the flour actually behaves during real baking.

How the Testing Works?

If selected, here’s what participation looks like.

  1. You Receive Free Flour Samples We’ll ship flour samples directly to your door.

  2. You Bake a Provided Recipe To keep the results consistent, we’ll ask testers to bake a specific recipe exactly as written. This allows us to isolate how the flour performs.

  3. You Share Your Observations After baking, you’ll tell us how things went: How the dough handled How fermentation behaved What the crumb and crust looked like Anything that didn’t work We want honest feedback, not perfect results.

No Posting Requirements

This is not an influencer campaign. Participants are not required to post on social media, create content, or promote anything. Just bake as you normally would and tell us what you noticed.

Because this is an early testing phase: Spots are limited The project is currently focused on the U.S.based home bakers Participants will be asked to keep product details private during testing We’re intentionally keeping the group small so we can focus on meaningful feedback.
