Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States, fulfilled from our US warehouse network.
Processing time. Orders are usually processed within an estimated 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and our fulfilment carrier. Most US orders arrive within roughly 3–7 business days after shipping. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (USD). Orders under $50 are charged a flat standard-shipping rate shown at checkout.
Delays. We're not responsible for carrier delays outside our control (weather, peak periods). If a package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, email us and we'll make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Our promise. Love your loaves, or your money back. If a Superbaking product isn't right for you, we'll make it right.
Return window. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once used — this is noted on the product page where it applies.
How to start a return. Email hello@superbaking.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send instructions.
Return shipping. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in that case we cover it and send a replacement or full refund.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue any approved refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary).
Damaged or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@superbaking.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
