Who we are. Superbaking is a brand of White Sand SRL ("we", "us"), Bucharest, Romania. We are the data controller for personal data collected through superbaking.com. Contact: hello@superbaking.com.
What we collect
- You give us: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (if provided), order details, and any messages you send us.
- Automatically: device/browser info, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Payment data: card details are processed by our payment providers via the checkout. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- Process and ship your orders and handle returns.
- Send order and service messages.
- Send marketing emails with your consent (unsubscribe anytime).
- Improve the store, measure performance, and prevent fraud.
- Meet our legal and tax obligations.
Legal bases (GDPR): performance of your purchase contract; your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (securing and improving the store); and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed with service providers who process it on our behalf: Shopify (store platform & checkout), Klaviyo (email marketing, if you opt in), and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (to ship your order). Where enabled, we also use analytics and advertising tools (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and PostHog) subject to your cookie choices. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the store and checkout and, with your consent, analytics/advertising cookies. You can manage your choices via the cookie banner and your browser settings.
International transfers
Some providers are outside the EU/EEA (e.g., in the US). Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal/tax obligations, and — for marketing — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to Romania's supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context advertising; we do not sell personal information. Children
Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
