Terms of Service

1. About these terms. These Terms govern your use of superbaking.com (the "Site") and any purchase from it. The Site is operated by White Sand SRL ("we", "us"), Bucharest, Romania. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. The BakeSide app. The BakeSide mobile app is a separate product with its own terms and privacy policy at bakeside.app. These Terms cover the store only.

3. Eligibility. You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us, and confirm the information you give is accurate.

4. Products & pricing. We describe products as accurately as we can, but details may vary slightly. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change before you order. We may correct errors and cancel or limit orders affected by an obvious pricing or description error.

5. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we ship. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors) and will refund any amount already charged.

6. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

7. Shipping. Delivery times, regions, and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns & refunds. Your rights are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. EU/EEA consumers additionally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., hygiene-sealed items once opened).

9. Reviews & user content. If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it's your own and accurate, and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with our products and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or off-topic.

10. Intellectual property. The Site, the Superbaking name and logo, product images, and copy are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the Site — no interfering with its operation, scraping, or using it for unlawful purposes.

12. Disclaimers. The Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory EU consumer protections.

13. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

15. Changes. We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one posted when you order.
